Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using lnk.boo, operated by Junghard Software AB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

lnk.boo provides a link-in-bio page builder. You create a page, add your links, social profiles, and content, and share it at lnk.boo/your-slug.

Features and functionality may change over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing functionality that materially affects your use of the Service.

3. Your Account

To use the Service you must sign in via Clerk (Google, GitHub, or passkey). You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@lnk.boo if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

Your data is yours.You retain full ownership of all content you create — page titles, bios, links, sections, social profiles, and uploaded images.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content publicly at your chosen URL (lnk.boo/your-slug) and to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose beyond running lnk.boo.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use lnk.boo to:

• Post harmful content. No phishing links, malware distribution, fraud, or content designed to deceive visitors.
• Impersonate. Do not misrepresent your identity or create pages pretending to be someone else.
• Post illegal content. No content that violates applicable law.
• Spam. Do not create pages solely to manipulate search rankings or distribute unsolicited content.
• Attack the Service. Do not probe vulnerabilities, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

Violations may result in immediate removal of content or termination of your account without prior notice. We report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

6. Payment

lnk.boo offers a free tier and a paid tier at $1.99 as a one-time lifetime payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If something is broken, we'll fix it.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or factors outside our control.

8. Termination

By you

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate the Acceptable Use section. For other violations, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your page is taken offline and your data is deleted within 30 days. Sections that should survive termination (liability, governing law) survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Cap.Junghard Software AB's total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us, or $10, whichever is greater.
• Exclusions.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Junghard Software AB and protected by intellectual property laws. We do not claim ownership of your content. You do not claim ownership of ours.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account before the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved by Göteborgs tingsrätt (Gothenburg District Court), Sweden.

Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@lnk.boo. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Junghard Software AB.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
